Systems 4 Recycling has been in business since 2004 and comprises experts from within the field of machinery and systems design, supply and integration. We are straight talkers – we don’t make false promises, we’ll tell you what a system can achieve realistically so you are never struggling to meet the demands you put upon yourself and your business. Our goal is not only to get the order and install the system but to assist you with maintenance, consumables and future expansion – develop a long term relationship.

We pride ourselves on having access to some of the best machinery in the market place – and our own machinery that we have tailored to suit waste processing needs. But more than this, we know how to put machinery together to make a system that does what we say it will do – and what you want it to achieve, just ask our customers. Our team consists of people well versed in this industry from the technical team who will deal with the design and sale of your machinery/system, to the designers proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks who will draw it, to the engineering team who will install and service it. Backed up by a professional and friendly team in the office, we not only deliver results but listen to ensure your objectives are met.
Our systems are truly turn-key. Our highly skilled team of mechanical and electrical engineers will install your system in a professional, organised and safe manner to your specification. We will commission the system, train your operatives on the safety, usage and day-to-day maintenance of the plant – all backed up with full engineering, service and spares support.
This is just the beginning of our support however, whilst we are certainly not free consultants, we do offer help with many areas, be it maintaining the quality of your RDF, assisting with the out-supply and contracting of the RDF or perhaps you have a requirement for processing something a little unusual or different to the norm. In this scenario, we will do what we can to find the answer and if it’s not something we can help with we hope to point you in the right direction – it hasn’t been unknown for us to put customers in touch with a competitor, if we feel they have the right machine for a specific job. At the end of the day, we believe if we can develop an open and honest relationship with you then you will come back to buy from us the next time you are in the marketplace.
It’s easy to design a system in lovely straight lines with lots of open areas for access. However, we are only too realistic about the fact that we all have premises that may not suit 100% what is required in the future. At S4R we can show you systems that have had to be ‘shoe-horned’ in to very tight spaces but without losing functionality or access for maintenance.
Our design team will work closely with you on piecing together the ideal system and work flow for you to process your waste stream and produce a high quality RDF. Walkways will be where you want them, access for maintenance will be easy and cable and pipe runs will be optimised to keep costs to the minimum and to not impede access to the machinery.
